Altitude Training
Associates is an exciting group of unique training instructors presenting
programs in Environmental Management and Compliance and Worker Health and
Safety. Environmental and safety
regulations not only require employee training and education programs but
require the training be effective.
Workers must posses the skills, understanding and knowledge to perform
their job responsibilities safely and in compliance with the law.
Also, an important development especially for multinational companies is
the passage of ISO 14001. A compliant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
requires the organization’s environmental policies be communicated to all
employees. Further, achieving
safety and environmental performance objectives requires a systems approach that
integrates human behavior. Effective
training programs enhance employee moral and productivity, reduce company
liability and operating costs, improve environmental and safety performance, and
increase profits. A commitment to
effective environmental and safety training is a requirement of doing business.
The strong commitment to
students and exceptional presentation skills demonstrated by our instructors
makes the key difference in the learning process.
All our instructors have an average of 10 years experience in corporate
and academic training. Our approach
includes establishing measurable training objectives based on customer needs and
completing those objectives using fun and interesting methods.
The instructors outgoing personalities, presentation style, outstanding
training materials and interactive activities result in students having fun
while learning.
Altitude Training
Associates is an Environmental and Safety and Health Training company. We provide training programs for facility personnel,
compliance officers, trainers, and management.
Courses are designed to assist organizations (business, industry,
federal, state and local jurisdictions) comply with legal requirements or simply
improve operations. Specialized
programs are also available that meet the specific needs of a particular
company. A detailed listing of
course offerings is contained in the next section.
The instructors are expert trainers with years of corporate and college teaching experience. Nearly all the instructors have completed multiple OSHA Institute Train-the-Trainer courses and now teach in the OSHA Institute, Rocky Mountain Education Center in Lakewood, Colorado. Also, our instructors Chair a total of seven OSHA Institute classes. All the instructors have extensive experience in program development and customized training programs.
